On March, at 12PM UTC (7AM ET), we will be undertaking impacting maintenance.
The maintenance will last for up to two hours. During this maintenance period, telemetry will not be collected, subscribers will be unable to use the mobile app and the Minim Care Portal
and API will be unavailable.
While we strive for uninterrupted service, these upgrades are imperative and we have chosen
a time that will have the most minimal impact on both provisioning and support for the
majority of customers. Subscriber internet access will not be impacted in any way.
