We’ve identified the issues with our DNS infrastructure. Subscribers who utilize our content filtering may experience issues accessing some websites and services as a result of this. We are working on a fix to resolve this.

We are aware of an issue with DNS filtering on some LANs. We are in the process of investigating this issue further to determine the next steps. In the meantime, some LANs with content filtering enabled will have intermittent issues with connecting to the internet.
