Identified - We’ve identified the issues with our DNS infrastructure. Subscribers who utilize our content filtering may experience issues accessing some websites and services as a result of this. We are working on a fix to resolve this.

Investigating - We are aware of an issue with DNS filtering on some LANs. We are in the process of investigating this issue further to determine the next steps. In the meantime, some LANs with content filtering enabled will have intermittent issues with connecting to the internet.

Update - We have corrected the issue with speed tests failing on some LANs. We are aware the speed test results may not display automatically on some LANs after a test has been initiated. While we continue to resolve this, we recommend refreshing the webpage after a test has been run. This will ensure the results display on the LAN.

Identified - We have identified the reason for some speedtests failing. We have a workaround that we can apply to affected devices until we are able to fully resolve this through some ongoing engineering effort.

Investigating - We are investigating intermittent failures for some networks when running speedtests through the Minim Care Portal. Speedtests may time out after being initiated and we encourage you to let us know the mac address of any devices on which speed tests are failing to help our investigation.
